Is there a type of flower out there that would mean protection? (protection of family?)
THANKS!

Terri,

Protection is symbolized by the juniper plant as well as white heather. Traditionally, when giving flowers, the meaning of the flower is meant to “rub off” on the person that you’re giving it to. So, if you want something to protect your family members, use juniper in an arrangement with some other flowers that have sentiments you would like to give to that family member. Include a card with the arrangement that tells what each of the flowers mean for a truly memorable gift!

The Tiger Lilly has always been my favorite flower. Since I read this list of flowers and their meanings, I love it even more.

I’m looking for flower(s) that would convey the meaning ‘I really like you, but I don’t want to hurt you’. I was thinking of using white violets as well, since they mean ‘taking chances’, but I’m not sure… thanks in advance.
