I have been in touch with my NYCHA housing assistant concerning my problems paying my rent on time and she said it was okay what can I do?

<description>&#60;p&#62;My tenant just walked out on me, no warnings, with 10 month left on the lease. I do have a clause for abandoment of property, I could take her to court (broward county FL), for any unrented time of the place, however I would spend more time and money, and probably will not get anything back. I am cutting my losses, however I want to make this appear on her credit, so she does not fool other landlords. How can I go about doing this? Cheapest way possible.

We feel that the apartment can't accomodate her disability. They can't add a specoal ramp for her. Do i have a case to break the lease. a find somewhere they will accomodate her.
