I do have a clause for abandoment of property, I could take her to court (broward county FL), for any unrented time of the place, however I would spend more time and money, and probably will not get anything back. I am cutting my losses, however I want to make this appear on her credit, so she does not fool other landlords. How can I go about doing this?
