Go to <a href="http://www.apartments.com" rel="nofollow">www.apartments.com</a> and go through the selection criteria (pick Maryland, Baltimore, the community you wish to live in, etc) once you arrive at the results page (the page with all of the apartment listings), scroll past the featured listings (usually the top 3 listings). You will see shaded row which allows you to organize your results by "Managed" or "Private" click on "Private" and you will see all private owner listings for the area you are searching.
