Our occupancy has suffered recently as a result of a slight oversupply of apartments in the area and condo conversion properties that have come back to the market as apartments.</p> <p>We would appreciate helpful suggestions about how we should improve our occupancy. Our rent structure is reasonable. We need to increase our “traffic”. That means we need to get more people to come into the property from all sources for a showing. Once they are there they will recognize the value and the quality.</p> <p>Presently, we use the normal channels of marketing in the apartment house industry (internet sites, print media, resident referrals programs, etc.) Our programs are quite standard for the industry.
