I have a problem tenant who is very abusive. Foul language, threatening, aggressive behavior. With a month to month lease, may I simply choose to end the lease with a 60 day notice? As opposed to the eviction process? Also, I need to increase the rents. They have not been increased for years & I took a loss last year. Must I increase everyone's rent? There are 2 elderly tenants on fixed incomes whom i do not wish to increase. Is this legal?

Hello! My mom wants to use my name/info on her lease for an apartment that I will not be living in. How does this appear on my credit when I need to sign a lease of my own?
