Hello - this is Andrea from Apartments.com. I would suggest looking into the company we feature on this site, National Tenant Network, NTN. They offer a variety of reports and have designed one specifically for the smaller property investor in mind. It is a very fast process and for the most part the entire process can be taken care of online. Their reports cost $35 for the first report and after that they go down to $22/report. Here is the link: http://www.apartments.com/landlordResources/TenantScreening/FeaturedProduct/ntn.aspx

I use www.citicredit.net for this and usually run the $40 credit report on each adult tenant living in the home/wanting to live in the home. The first time you use them, you have to fill out paperwork, after that it's a breeze. Hope this helps.

I manage 8 properties and have been running credit and doing verifications. But I am considering starting to add criminal reports as well as eviction reports.

I have researched a few companies but with all the options and inspections required I wanted to get some recommendations of screening companies as well from users of this board.

Thanks in advance for your replys!
