By switching breakers 7 mos. ago, she found the furnaces run off her electric along with the cellar light. According to her it's a $10 difference but she won't accept it deducted off her rent, instead she insists on compensation for the past 3 years or else she'll call the inspector in to declare it 'shared metering." How serious is it? we are reasonable and i don't know if she's taken advantage of us being so young.
