my husband abandoned me and my child. he said he would continued paying the rent until i could move out. is his brothers basement. he hasnt pay this month. can they throw us out just like that.
there is no lease.

this depends on what the state laws on evictions are for the state you live in. i know in some states if you recive mail at this location you must be evicted thru court means.
