i did some work for a place where i lived, instead of getting paid ,they were suppose to knock it off my rent ,i agreed. i have my invoices still for all the work i done. the apartment manager turned it in that i was behind on my rent, now it has been turned in on my credit. what can i do ? please help.thank you . j.f

sounds like you need to talk to the person that agreed to knock it off your rent and 1. he said she said dont count in court and 2. shoulda gotten it in writing
