how do i dispose of an evicted tenants possessions if 30 days have passed and he has not shown up for it. this is in the Bronx

The way I had handled this situation was to take pictures ofall disposed items. Call your local Goodwill and have them to pick up the things and give you an itemized list. This way you will be free and clear.
