My lease expires June1 i just found out the apartment is illegal. He advertised it as a 1 bedroom it's really studio with a garage w/no windows as the Bedroom. Does this constitute legal action?

What's illegal about it? Do you like the place? Are you planning to stay? Will your lease convert to a month-to-month deal after the term of the lease?
