I own a 32 unit complex in Kansas City. The past several years my property insurance cost has gone through the roof. I am being told that the small owner is being priced out of the market by the cost of insurance. Is anyone else experiencing this? Can anyone provide me with the name(s) of insurance companies that are charging reasonable rates? Thanks.

I don't know if he provides coverage in Kansas City, but J.W. Brinkley (972-492-9499) has always been able to rescue me from high insurance premiums and low amounts of coverage that seem to be part of the package.
