The Condo Complex we have tenants in, is fumigating for two nights, What are legal requirements for Tenants in Ca. We want to do right by our tenants, but not go over board. Thanks for your help in advance.

this is a question for your fumigation company. do the tenants have to vacate? if so how long? do you place them in a motel if no other options are redaly available? this is up to you yes its the nice thing to do even tho you are taking care of a pest problem
