If I just signed a new lease recently, and a incident happened with my mother that led her to become a amputee; she is also a diabetic. We feel that the apartment can't accomodate her disability. They can't add a specoal ramp for her. Do i have a case to break the lease. a find somewhere they will accomodate her.
