Room renovation he start 5 months ago. 10% job was only done.Judge in l/t. cort gave him $1500,with out any proof from him.Realy this 100% done job cost $800 and can be done in 2 weeks. Can I go to small clam court with professional estimate and my lose of rent of this not finished renovation apartment and my 80%cost to another contractor. Thank you,Lana.
