   what legal rights do i have when landlord rents to tenants that bring their roaches with them? he refused to call an exterminator.

   well if a lease was signed he cannot evict them due to this there is no proof that the roaches came from them. if there is a rodent problem it is the manager/landlords responsibility to fix the problem.
