i have a manager that was aware of me wanting to move to a 1bd,they told me a month in advanced that there was going to be one available and that if i was still interested,i said i was very interested. now that i was about to give them the check for the apartment,they rejected it and gave me no reason.Is that really fair to the tenant?shoulds i do something about it?
