I signed a contract before seeing the property. I was desperate and took their word that it was a beautiful neighborhood and apts. When I looked at the property, it was horrible but I went out of town so I called and let the rental property know. I never got keys to the place but I did sign the contract. Now they are saying that I have to give a 30 day notice and pay next months rent in order to get my deposit back. What can I do?
