Hi! This is Andrea from Apartments.com - did you know that you can search by private owners on the Apartments.com site? Here is how you can search for these types of listings: after you have selected all of your search criteria (i.e. location, # of beds, rent range etc.), you will see the results page with all of the listings that fall into your search criteria. If you look just below the "fold" of the page you will see a small section that allows you to search by Managed, Private, or Newspaper. If you click on Private, all listings by private owners will appear. Hope this helps!
