we moved in to the aptartment in march and was right on track with the rent until July wen both cars broke and we forgot about rent. my question is we have been paying on and it and cutting into it every we are down to 22612that is this month rend and back this month rent is 1612 so we are 800 behind can the evict us on this or not.
