Hello, I have 2 renters with issues of not paying rent. One lost his job and is 2 months behind in paying. The other is a young tenant, son of another tenant, and a problem from the beginning. He has been paying his rent weekly but it is one issue after another. His mother cannot help him financially. He was receiving City assistance in the amount of $93 per week. They no longer pay that now. He has a family friend who has helped him out for 6 months at $50 a week. They are paying May for the last time. The kid has a hard time to pay $50 a week!! He is living in one of my nicer apts. that goes for $700! I let him have it for $600 with the stipulation he would do odds and ends for me around the building (7 units). I love alone and disabled (64 years old). Do they only need to be one month behind to be notified of a possible eviction?
