What if a tenant is watching a couple of kids during the day and receiving payment for it? Does this present a liability to me as a landlord? My HO policy does not allow me to run a business...but doesn't mention "tenant" anywhere in the policy. In other words, my question is, am I responsible for what my tenants do on my premises? Thanks for the advice!
