Hello - this is Andrea from Apartments.com. I would suggest looking into the company we feature on this site, National Tenant Network, NTN. They offer a variety of reports and have designed one specifically for the smaller property investor in mind. It is a very fast process and for the most part the entire process can be taken care of online. Their reports cost $35 for the first report and after that they go down to $22/report.
