A person signed a lease for a furnished apt. the day before demanded I remove most furniture and accessories like pots pans etc, and I did because she signed for 1 year. The daty before moving I did this at her request, The following day she wanted out of the lease. I gave all the furniture away to a needy family. What are her obligations and can I keep the rent and deposit?
