   I own and lived in a condo unit for four years. On June 2007 I decided to buy a house with my boyfriend and move in it but I don't want to sell my condo property yet. As result, I kept the condo property renting it for a value that barely pay the expenses of it (mortgage, assoc fees, taxes, etc).
   What are my taxes responsabilities on that property?
